CEMEC supplies 5-axis milling manufacturing in the accuracy range down to ± 1 µm. In the air-conditioned shop floor, we can process special materials on our hydrostatic milling machine and produce high-precision components up to mirror-finish milling.

Integrated bearings, backlash-free gears or precision-fit lens seats with flatnesses of less than 1 µm can be realized depending on the material. Hard or special materials are also processed. Ceramic processing is possible as well. High-precision reworking of additively manufactured components or filigree components with high cutting rates can be realized with experience and intelligent milling strategies.
