  • What Tolerances Are Realistic?

    We work with µm-range tolerances, depending on the project and material. We define the exact target values together in the DFM review and substantiate them with measurement reports.

  • How Large or Small Can Components Be?

    Our particular strength lies in the manufacturing of small and miniature parts with tight tolerances. Larger components are also possible after a feasibility study. Please provide us with the installation space, tolerances, and material so that we can make a clear statement.

  • Which Ceramic and Hard Materials Do You Process?

    We process various technical ceramics and glass ceramics, as well as hard materials. We openly discuss the exact limits and suitable geometries with you and suggest alternative materials if necessary.

  • Do You Do Series Production or Only Prototypes?

    We offer both: individual parts, pre-series, and series production. The process chain is designed to deliver stable results even in larger quantities.

  • What Are Typical Lead Times?

    Lead times depend on complexity, material, tools, and testing effort. After a feasibility and DFM check, you will receive a reliable timeline from us.

  • How do you ensure quality and reproducibility?

    We work with defined testing and measurement plans, calibrated measuring equipment, and documented results. Upon request, we can provide you with measurement and test reports per batch, as well as traceability.

  • Do you also assemble in a cleanroom?

    Yes, we also handle assembly in a controlled environment. We will provide you with the classification and process details specific to your project.

  • Do you also handle electronics or software?
