Do you also manufacture standard molds?
In addition to our quick-change mold system, we of course also develop and manufacture molds
according to your specifications.Which CAD programs do you use for component design?
We use the CAD programs CREO and SolidWorks. We are also happy to provide you with CAD data
in all common neutral formats (e.g., STEP, IGS).Which software do you use for FEM and CFD simulation?
We use ANSYS, Flow3D and Moldflow.
Do you also repair molds and take over molds and mold inserts?
Yes, we have a dedicated department for this with trained employees.
Do you also carry out sampling and provide series support?
For sampling, we have partners within our group of companies. Under our management, they can also
take over complete production on request.
